Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to lead our onsite business development efforts. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing business plans that meet local market needs and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve onsite service business strategies based on local market analysis, user feedback, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the headquarters team to implement service projects locally, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and manage DOA (Defect at Origin) and DAP (Return due to Regret/Non-Technical Problems) to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in onsite business management, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
