End-to-End Data Solutions Expert

This is an excellent opportunity to drive the SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with technical requirements and business goals. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with project stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP data conversion, strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points, and proficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti. They will also possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, working effectively in collaborative environments, and driving business outcomes through effective data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Develop and implement data conversion solutions that meet business needs
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion process

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points
  • Experience with data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
