The Role – HLTA (with SEN Experience)
We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive primary team in September 2025 on a long-term basis . You will work across all year groups from Reception to Year 6 , providing targeted support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) . Your responsibilities will include working one-to-one or in small groups with SEN pupils, supporting learning within the classroom, and occasionally leading whole-class activities when required. Experience with EHCPs, differentiated learning, and a patient, adaptable approach are essential.
