Job AdvertInternal Job Title**:Product Specialist**Business**:Lucy Equipamentos Elétricos LTDA**Location**:Araucária, Brazil**Job Reference No**:4001****Job Purpose****Job Context**Operating within the Sales Department, the Product Specialist collaborates with technical sales, engineers and marketing to promote and sell our products to customers in various industries, including utilities, industrial, and commercial sectors.**Job Dimensions**Reports to: Sales DirectorCollaborates with: Sales, Engineers, Marketing and Customers.**Key Accountabilities**1. *Product Knowledge:*- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics related to our productrs.- Troubleshoot and provide solutions to customers in coordination with factory, R&D and or product Group to solve issues and in some cases promote support of design changes2. *Sales Support:*- Provide technical support to sales teams, assisting with customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and presentations.- Collaborate with sales representatives to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.- Perform and support technical activities and related analyses associated for Lucy Electric bidding team at quote stage3. *Customer Engagement:*- Engage directly with customers to understand their requirements, provide product recommendations, and address technical inquiries.- Build strong relationships with key customers and serve as a trusted advisor on our solutions.4. *Product Training:*- Create training materials, presentations, and technical documentation as needed.5. *Market Analysis:*- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product expansion and growth.- Monitor competitor products and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform product development and marketing strategies.6. *Collaboration:*- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to support product development initiatives, new product launches, and promotional campaigns.- Provide feedback from customers and sales teams to inform product roadmap and development priorities.- Develop sales collateral, product datasheets, and technical documentation to support sales and marketing efforts.**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, (Electrical Engineering, Power system preferred) is required with minimum 7 years of experience in technical product and marketing support- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts and specifications.**Behavioural Competencies**- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences.- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.- Analytical skills and ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.- Team player with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.**About Us**:Lucy Group Ltd is the parent company of all Lucy Group companies.
