In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Are**· Offer technical support, in conjunction with relevant technical support teams, related to product performance, at key accounts and channel partners.· Work with regional Account Managers to grow existing business, and nurture new opportunities, and actively participate in the sales process.· Supervise customer and distributor trials when needed, visit research facilities, and deliver detailed analyses of trial results.· Maintain high-level relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.· Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints and solve industry issues on-site, including product applications and marketing efforts.· Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for enzyme products related to household care applications.· Be able to represent Novonesis on industry forums and be the voice of our solutions in trade shows and conferences when needed.This position follows a **Hybrid Office-First model**Travel requirements:Availability to travel (domestically and internationally) up to 50% of the time (in some cases this amount may be exceeded, depending on business needs).**Then apply today**At Novonesis we commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
