In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Are
· Offer technical support, in conjunction with relevant technical support teams, related to product performance, at key accounts and channel partners.

· Work with regional Account Managers to grow existing business, and nurture new opportunities, and actively participate in the sales process.

· Supervise customer and distributor trials when needed, visit research facilities, and deliver detailed analyses of trial results.

· Maintain high-level relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.

· Investigate and troubleshoot customer complaints and solve industry issues on-site, including product applications and marketing efforts.

· Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for enzyme products related to household care applications.

· Be able to represent Novonesis on industry forums and be the voice of our solutions in trade shows and conferences when needed.

This position follows a Hybrid Office-First model

Travel requirements: Availability to travel (domestically and internationally) up to 50% of the time (in some cases this amount may be exceeded, depending on business needs).
