**Industry Technology Specialist II (ITS-II)**

**Location**:Araucária-PR or Valinhos-SP, Brazil

**Travel**:Up to 75% (domestic and international)

**About the Role**:We are seeking an **Industry Technology Specialist**to join our Technical Services team, supporting customers in the **Oils & Fats, and Biodiesel**segments. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and project leadership to deliver innovative solutions that drive value for our clients and the business.

**Key Responsibilities (Prioritized)**:

- **Resolve Complex Customer Issues**- Provide advanced technical support to address customer challenges, ensuring process optimization and operational excellence.

- **Lead Regional Technical Service Projects**- Plan and execute technical projects aligned with business objectives across Vegetable Oils, Fats, Oleochemicals, Biodiesel and HVO/SAF industries.

- **Drive Customer-Focused Technical Activities**- Coordinate technical initiatives with clients and partners, support identification and qualification of new opportunities.

- **Coordinate Laboratory Work**- Perform and oversee lab activities, adapting methods and procedures to meet customer and project needs.

- **Contribute to Technical Innovation**- Stay ahead of industry trends, develop new ideas, and support scientific contributions such as articles or patents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry) with **4+ years of experience**in technical services or process optimization.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

- Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic and international).
