**This is a remote job for applicants in Latin **America****We are looking for an experienced **Technical Product Manager** who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and launch of products.As a **Chat Engine Technical Product Manager** at Rocket.Chat, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of our newest chat API product, allowing customers and partners to quickly test and develop their in-app solutions using our Chat Engine. You are joining a new squad that will drive the next steps of this product, helping us refine the business model and roadmap.**Your skills**- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing).- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.- Advanced knowledge of English.- Solid technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.- Experience with agile development methodologies.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Experience developing API products is a plus.**What you'll do ****- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives- Conduct market research and design discovery to identify customer needs and trends, and translate the insights into actionable product improvements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and deliver high-quality products on time and on budget- Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement- Lead product launch efforts, including working with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and sales to prepare for product rollouts- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers to gather feedback and insights- Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.- Assess and address technical risks.- Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.- Coordinate beta tests.- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.**Benefits **✨**Wherever you are our goal is to make your routine as a Rocketeer feel enjoyable, exciting, and comfortable, so if you are remote or working from our office in Porto Alegre (Brazil) you'll receive a set of benefits to improve your work experience They include a flexible schedule, multicultural environment with colleagues in over 30 countries, a vibrant company culture, remote work as you wish, unlimited Paid Time Off, language and tech courses and more**About Rocket.Chat**Rocket.Chat is the world's largest open source communications platform.
