Staff Software Engineer - .Net We are seeking a seasoned software architect with advanced technical acumen and broad ownership capabilities, to lead the development of our large-scale identity and access management platform. The ideal candidate will be accountable for crafting software solutions and maintaining their operational integrity, driving innovation through collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and resolve non-trivial system problems traversing multiple services, systems or environments, by analyzing complex data and implementing effective solutions. Guide and coach other engineers in software architecture, debugging methodologies and technical design, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Collaborate with DevOps and QA functions to trace issues across deployment pipelines, APIs and operational environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Required Skills & Background: Minimum 8 years' experience in professional software engineering, delivering production-grade systems that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Expert proficiency in C# and .NET, clean, secure, scalable code that adheres to industry best practices. Strong experience with SQL, relational database systems, ElasticSearch and Redis, with a deep understanding of their applications and limitations.
