Staff Software Engineer - .NetWe are seeking a seasoned software architect with advanced technical acumen and broad ownership capabilities, to lead the development of our large-scale identity and access management platform.The ideal candidate will be accountable for crafting software solutions and maintaining their operational integrity, driving innovation through collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve non-trivial system problems traversing multiple services, systems or environments, by analyzing complex data and implementing effective solutions.Guide and coach other engineers in software architecture, debugging methodologies and technical design, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Collaborate with DevOps and QA functions to trace issues across deployment pipelines, APIs and operational environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Required Skills & Background:Minimum 8 years' experience in professional software engineering, delivering production-grade systems that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.Expert proficiency in C# and .NET, clean, secure, scalable code that adheres to industry best practices.Strong experience with SQL, relational database systems, ElasticSearch and Redis, with a deep understanding of their applications and limitations.
