**MEET YOUR TEAM**
The SAP Concur Statutory Consultant is responsible for implementing the technical aspects of SAP Concur taxes, rates, and allowances to Statutory and Managed Rate Administration (MRA) customers. Your primary focus will be ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while providing accurate and up-to-date financial data to customers. The SAP Concur Statutory Consultant will handle both projects and cases in a daily basis to assist customers.
The SAP Concur Statutory Consultant will be part of the SAP Concur Data Integration Services team, responsible for delivering multiple cloud-based, revenue-generating, services to SAP Concur customers. The Statutory team focuses on the responsibilities of managing and fulfilling clients' change requests through a consultative or project-based approach to solve specific business requirements that include both billable and non-billable effort. The team implements new solutions or incremental configuration changes by reviewing, assessing, consulting, scoping, quoting, designing, developing, configuring, UATing, deploying and maintaining solutions, by using best practices if applicable and by following Support Incident and Project Management practices, documentations, and procedures.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Lead assigned projects from initial contact to project close and transition to support according to SAP Concur project methodology;
- Manage customer's expectations (internal and external) with regards to project objectives, deliverables, timeframes, etc. by understanding the key business drivers and their prioritization;
- Utilize technical skills to support customer's testing efforts and troubleshooting posting issues;
- Ensure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, delivering within budget and committed project deadlines;
- Work on support cases from the Statutory Services queue through to resolution;
- Consistently communicate project status with the SAP Concur project manager and/or customer by means of status reports and status calls (as applicable);
- Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Concur's functional and technical product knowledge, implementation practices and methodologies;
- Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies (e.g., data security, compliance, audit, etc).
**WHAT YOU BRING**
**Education, Experience & Training required**
- Previous experience with technical project management, technical support, consulting and/or **software implementation experience**;
- Basic programming knowledge and SQL skills is desirable;
- Experience with technical file manipulation (e.g., txt, csv, xls and xlsx files) is desirable;
- Experience with Financial Systems (e.g., ERP) is desirable.
**Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills (in order of priorities)**:
- Advanced English - preferably Fluent;
- Spanish and/or German are a plus;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Strong technical consulting skills;
- Analysis and troubleshooting skills;
- Project management skills;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments;
- Proven ability to engage and interact with internal & external teams to resolve client issues;
- Ability to address and manage through ambiguous situations - assess situations, problem solve and make decisions.
