Job Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop monthly marketing calendars based on local trends, user behavior, and seasonal opportunities (e.g., Carnival, Black Friday, São João). Align campaigns with business goals and consumer needs.
  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end campaign development including creative themes, promotional mechanics, investment strategy, and cross-functional coordination (PR, branding, commercial, product).
  • Localized Marketing: Adapt global strategies to reflect Brazilian culture, language, and digital habits. Ensure campaigns are culturally relevant and emotionally engaging.
  • Partnership & Influencer Collaboration: Build joint campaigns with key accounts, influencers (KOLs), and strategic partners to amplify reach and drive conversions.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track campaign KPIs in real time, analyze user engagement, and iterate based on insights. Drive efficiency in traffic, transactions, and budget allocation.
  • Marketing Innovation: Collaborate with product teams to enhance marketing tools and explore new formats tailored to Brazilian audiences (e.g., WhatsApp activations, gamified promotions).
  • Cross-Functional Skills: Act as a business partner across departments, integrating marketing needs and ensuring alignment with broader company strategies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
  • Proven experience in integrated marketing, user operations, or campaign management within O2O, e-commerce, or digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian consumer behavior, culture, and digital ecosystem
  • Experience with large-scale seasonal campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Dia das Mães)
  • Familiarity with local platforms and tools (Instagram, WhatsApp, Mercado Livre, iFood, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to work with multicultural teams
  • Creative mindset with a passion for identifying trends and turning insights into impactful campaigns
