If you’re an AI-driven problem solver who loves turning complex ideas into real-world solutions — you might be exactly who we’re looking for.**What You’ll Do**- Integrate and deploy pre-built AI tools (OpenAI, AWS/Azure AI, Hugging Face) into real business workflows- Build and configure AI-powered voice agents (IVR/chatbots) to manage inbound calls and customer queries- Identify repetitive tasks across teams and automate them using AI tools or RPA platforms- Design and maintain automation pipelines that improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency- Work closely with IT, Ops, and Customer Service to define integration points and ensure smooth rollouts- Track performance metrics like resolution time, automation success, and user satisfaction- Continuously optimize prompt flows, agent logic, and orchestration systems based on usage data- Research the latest AI tools — from conversational bots to document processing — and evaluate how they fit- Train internal teams on how to use new tools and create simple, practical user documentation- Ensure AI systems are secure, privacy-compliant, and ethically implemented**This Role is for You If**:- You have experience with prompt engineering or working with LLM-based tools (LangChain, prompt chaining, etc.)- You’ve worked with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP- You’re familiar with deploying or integrating document analysis, NLP, or computer vision APIs- You’re not just technical — you understand how AI tools impact real users and day-to-day business- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and always thinking about how to make systems smarter and simpler- You enjoy learning, experimenting, and finding better ways to get things done**Why Join Us?**- Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI in operations- A culture that values innovation, ownership, and collaboration- No micromanagement — just support, clear goals, and real impact- A team that moves fast, pushes boundaries, and loves what they do- Competitive USD compensation**What’s in it for you?**:- 100% Remote - work from anywhere, results matter more than location- On-time USD payments- Paid holidays - because rest drives high performanceApplications and resumes must be submitted in English, as the role requires working in this language**Let’s Build the Future of Work**If you’re excited about building systems that actually work — and you want to help shape the future of AI in operations — we’d love to hear from you.Pay: R$8,100.00 - R$13,000.00 per month
