**SUPPLIER RELATIONS****COMPLIANCE****SPECIALIST**The Supplier Relations Compliance Coordinator will assist in interactions with suppliers by ensuring the reliability of their information. This person will manage processes with Supplier Relations and Strategic Sourcing team members to ensure supplier compliance according to HH Global requirements and policies.*****RESPONSIBILITIES**- Support Supplier Relations area globally to ensure the compliance from our supplier network- Support the Supplier Relations leaders in internal audit processes- Promote HH Global to the supplier community and ensure supplier concerns are heard and addressed on a day-to-day basis.- Proactively identify and present additional supplier solutions to continuously support HH Global growth and ability to grow revenue- Validate and manage supplier information to ensure its reliability and correct reporting by HH Global, including but not limited to security, diversity, local regulations- Monitor and evaluate vendor financial credit and compliance status through HH Global partner system, Credit Safe- Support Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Relations members in supplier penalties (America)- Work with Sedex platform to ensure supplier links with HH Global group and manage membership status alerts- Obtain SMETA (and equivalent) audit information as required to assist client reporting and Strategic Sourcing supplier panel decisions- Communicate confidently and effectively with multiple levels of HH Global staff- Reconciliation of minor disputes with suppliers- Work with HH Global personnel to resolve challenges in the supplier community**REQUIREMENTS**- 1-3 years of experience in Audit Process/Management or project management experience- Experience utilizing Sedex and/or other ESG/Financial compliance tools preferred- Independent thinking, strong organization, and problem-solving skills are essential- Proven project management experience- Direct vendor interfacing experience- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Highly proficient with MS Office software- Highly proficient in English- Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed- Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environmentsYour resume will be reviewed by a member of our Recruiting team and we’ll reach out to you directly if there’s a fit.
