- Oversee and coordinate the execution of performance ads and other types of video content, working closely with directors and cross-functional partners.
- Optimize resource allocation. Develop and monitor production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery across multiple projects. Control ROI.
- Manage end-to-end production logistics, ensuring alignment across vendors, talent, locations, and timelines. Quickly assemble a production team, and ensure the quality and efficiency of delivery.
- Identify and allocate suitable production resources based on creative objectives, budget scope, and operational requirements.
- Establish and expand a diversified domestic and international supplier resource pool, match supplier expertise based on project style, budget and other requirements, and efficiently complete the connection.
- Act as a liaison between creative, production, and cross-regional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, communication and consistent quality output.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising production, cross-border advertising resource management or project management
- English proficiency is required (Please send English resume along with the application). Experience in international or cross-functional production environments is a plus
- A degree in advertising, design, film, or media is preferred, but outstanding candidates from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of domestic and overseas advertising production supplier resources, with experience in supplier development, evaluation, and negotiation, and able to efficiently integrate resources to support business needs
- Proficient in project management and cost control, able to reasonably allocate resources, ensure efficiency and cost under the condition of multiple projects running in parallel and under tight deadlines
- Has good cross-functional communication, teamwork, and stress resistance abilities, and possesses a high sense of responsibility and execution capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong project management capabilities, adept at resource utilization, and with experience in cross-regions collaboration.
- Rigorous, meticulous, and logical work style, with the ability to independently oversee the entire project process from planning to implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
