Regional Business Leader - South RegionThe Regional Business Leader - South Region is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar sales sector. This role will lead a sales team to drive sustainable growth of Ameluz and PDT lamps in the assigned region. You will translate strategic priorities into tactical execution, coach and develop your team, and act as the primary commercial ambassador with key regional stakeholders. Duties/ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional commercial plan aligned with company strategy to achieve sales targets and market share goals for Ameluz and lamps Lead, coach and mentor a team of field-based sales professionals, ensuring clarity of objectives, regular performance feedback, and individualized development plans Optimize account coverage and call frequency by segment, ensuring alignment with the approved customer segmentation model Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional tactics and programs Analyze sales performance data, market trends and competitive activity; identify strengths, gaps and opportunities, then implement corrective actions and coaching initiatives Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on regional performance, market dynamics and customer feedback Act as the regional voice for commercial initiatives, contributing to strategy development through active participation in cross-functional forums Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards in all commercial activities Highly accountable: proven track record of achieving sales success and leading terms to exceed their goals Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans Leadership & Coaching: Skilled at developing talent, fostering collaboration and driving accountability Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data to drive understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape Relationship Building: Proven capacity to influence and engage at multiple levels, including senior executives and clinical experts Adaptability: Agile and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving environment Qualifications and Experience RequiredDemonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and leading teams in a multi-product environment Minimum 10 years of experience in sales roles, including at least 2 years as a sales manager or equivalent leadership position Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree a plus Proven ability to develop and execute territory plans, manage key accounts and influence senior stakeholders Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with performance metrics and CRM systems Full driving license Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Willingness to travel within the region as required (80%) Located within region, which includes the states of Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida Preferred QualificationsExperience with dermatology, medical devices or niche specialty products and buy and bill products and a deep understanding of the reimbursement process for drugs and devices Established network of KOLs and key customers in the region Key AttributesPositive and professional presentation Ability to succinctly communicate issues and positions on questions Ability to influence others to action Direct ReportsTerritory Manager (as assigned) Senior Territory Managers (as assigned) What We OfferCompetitive salary and bonus structure Comprehensive benefits package (healthcare, retirement, etc.) Ongoing learning and development opportunities To ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your leadership experience and successes driving growth in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
