About the roleWe are looking for a Growth Marketer to drive B2C and B2B marketing activities. The role is part-time but offers a clear path to grow into Head of Marketing. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies across B2C and B2B channels. Lead email marketing, including newsletter creation, flow optimization, and automation. Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and new platforms. Create case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas. Research new technologies, trends, and markets to drive growth. Collaborate closely with the founder and global team. QualificationsAnalytical, structured mindset with creativity for copy and campaign concepts. Experience in email marketing, data‑driven automation, and performance tracking. Strong knowledge of digital advertising on Meta and Google. Ability to work systematically, detail‑oriented, and adapt to fast growth. Excellent execution skills; can start quickly and scale initiatives. Passion for running, bridging cultures, and working in a positive, remote environment.
