Enablement Process & Curriculum Operations Manager This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on execution, documentation discipline, and content operations in addition to management responsibilities. Process Documentation & Knowledge Extraction: Extract tribal knowledge from team members, shadow workflows, and translate informal processes into clear documentation, SOPs, and structured modules. Note: This involves identifying and capturing key information that drives business outcomes. Template Governance & Content Maintenance: Own the lifecycle and organization of materials, Go-to-Market assets, and Internal consulting templates. Ensure consistency, version control, and internal standards for all materials. Training Curriculum & LMS Development: Convert existing training materials into structured LMS modules, build quizzes, assessments, practice exercises, and progress tracking workflows. Maintain curriculum versions and ensure training content remains aligned to current methodology. About this Role: As the Enablement Process & Curriculum Operations Manager, you will lead the operational backbone behind our internal training systems, documentation structure, and methodology governance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement process documentation and knowledge extraction strategies Maintain template governance and content maintenance Design and develop training curricula and LMS modules
