Job Description: We are seeking a skilled facilitator to lead our Agile teams. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in orchestrating major events and ensuring program-level cadence. Key Responsibilities: Facilitation and Coordination: Coordinate major ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt) and manage the ART calendar to ensure program-level cadence. Coaching and Mentoring: Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Risk and Impediment Management: Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks, escalating critical issues to leadership when necessary. Flow and Value Optimization: Optimize the flow of value across the ART and help manage dependencies and architectural runway. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and link business strategy to technical execution. Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent facilitation and coaching skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should have experience working in an Agile environment and be familiar with lean-agile principles.
