Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Social Media to elevate KTO’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook , with a strong emphasis on user acquisition and brand alignment . This role is central to integrating social media efforts with our broader marketing goals and driving growth through content that supports key initiatives such as Liga do Milhão and KTO Cassino School , as well as local brand activations
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Development: Create and execute a consistent and measurable social media strategy that aligns with our core marketing priorities and flagship projects.
- Content Leadership: Ensure content addresses the entire marketing funnel—from awareness and consideration to conversion—across all active channels.
- Channel Management: Oversee the daily operations and growth of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, focusing on engagement and performance-driven content.
- Project Integration: Lead the integration of social media with Liga do Milhão, KTO Cassino School, and other North Star campaigns, ensuring visibility and thematic consistency.
- Collaboration & Accountability: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring adherence to content deadlines, brand tone, and creative quality.
- Media Partnerships: Manage long-format and influencer-driven media collaborations, ensuring promotional objectives are met and aligned with campaign goals.
- Regional Activation Support: Assist state managers in promoting regional events, sports activations, and VIP box experiences through compelling, on-brand social content.
- Proven experience in leading social media for consumer-facing brands, ideally in sports, entertainment, or gaming.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.

KTO is licensed for Brazilian sports betting and online gaming under Portaria 2.093/2024, ensuring a secure and regulated environment for our operations.
Participation is prohibited for:
Individuals under 18 (eighteen) years of age;
Public agents with duties directly related to the regulation, control, and supervision of the activity within the federative entity in whose personnel framework they perform their duties;
- Persons who have or may have any influence on the outcome of a real event with a sports theme subject to fixed-odds lottery betting, including:
- Persons holding positions as sports directors, sports coaches, trainers, and members of the technical staff;
- Referees of sports, referee assistants, or equivalents, sports entrepreneurs, agents or representatives of athletes and coaches, coaches or members of the technical staff;
- Members of the administrative or supervisory body of entities responsible for organizing competitions or sporting events;
- Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;
Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
