Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.**About the role**We are looking for an Operations Data Analyst to support the Billor cargo team. This role is focused on collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data to provide insights that improve efficiency and decision-making. You will play a key part in helping the team monitor performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives aligned with Billor’s goals.**Responsibilities**- Create reports and dashboards to monitor key KPIs for the operations team- Collaborate with product, data, finance, and operations teams to transform data into business intelligence- Conduct analyses, generate reports, and build presentations to support decision-making- Identify patterns, improvement opportunities, and potential risks through data analysis- Automate data collection and analysis processes- Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance in all analytical work**Requisitos**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or a related field- Proven experience with data analysis and business intelligence in operational environments- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences- Experience with data automation and process improvement is a plus- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional teams- Fluent English.Benefícios**Extra information and Benefits**- On-site in Joinville, SC- Health and dental plan- Paid vacation- Holidays off- Parental Leave- Wedding Leave- Flash card (supermarket and restaurants)- Total Pass- Clude Saúde- Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance- Eligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan)
