Our mission is rooted in freedom, responsibility, and efficiency, enabling drivers to maximize productivity and enjoy more time with their families.**About the role****Key Responsibilities**:- Trailer Stock Management: Oversee and manage the inventory of trailers at each Delivery Center, ensuring accurate counts, optimal stock levels, and readiness for dispatch.- Trailer Assignment to Drivers: Coordinate and execute the assignment of trailers to new drivers for deliveries, ensuring proper documentation and efficient handover processes.- Insurance Management: Handle the accurate addition and removal of trailers from our insurance policies, ensuring continuous coverage and compliance.- Trailer Replacement Coordination: Manage the process of replacing trailers due to wear, damage, or end-of-lease, coordinating with relevant teams and suppliers.- Trailer Pickup/Drop-off Logistics: Orchestrate the efficient pickup and drop-off of trailers at various locations, working closely with drivers, 3PLs, and other partners.- Maintain precise records and update relevant systems with all trailer movement, assignment, and status changes.- Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless trailer lifecycle management.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within trailer operations.**Requisitos**:**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or supply chain operations, preferably with a focus on heavy equipment.- Fluent English, both written and verbal.- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially with documentation and inventory.- Proficiency in using inventory management systems, ERP software.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, and external partners.- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.BenefíciosOn-site in Joinville, SCHealth and dental planPaid vacationHolidays offParental LeaveWedding LeaveFlash card (supermarket and restaurants)Total PassClude SaúdeAnnual bonus based on both company and individual performanceEligibility to the LTIP (Long Term Incentive Plan)
