Together**Introduction**:Toluna is looking for a Junior Project Manager to complete our team and support our growth in Brazil, for our Client Services department.Responsible for managing Toluna's market research projects, the Junior Project Manager will be representing Toluna to our wide range of clients on the global market. The goal is to work on and coordinate projects from beginning to end under strict timelines, handling several projects simultaneously, interacting with the different members of the Toluna team whilst providing the best service to our clients. The challenge is to deliver a high-quality product and service in a tight timeframe to exceed client's expectations.**Responsible for the delivery of projects**:- Takes full responsibility for projects owned- Meets timeline expectations whilst maintaining high quality standards- Ensures smooth running and timely delivery of all projects managed- Collaborates with commercial and research teams pre-sales and throughout the project life-cycle**Day to day Responsibilities**:**General**:- Manage independently full service/sample only/ qualitative research projects- Able to use all tools and processes to their full extent- Manage workload successfully by planning and prioritizing all tasks and projects- Support clients and internal teams in achieving client’s research objectives- Liaise with other departments/partners- Devise detailed internal and client project plans- Ensure client needs are met and exceeded where possible- Check and compare actual project requirements against cost- Be the point of contact of our clients**Projects**:- Collaborate with the Survey Programming team to mark up questionnaires and develop online surveys.- Independently program surveys using Toluna Start.- Oversee fieldwork through to completion.- Review data for consistency and analyze open-ended responses.- Partner with the Data Processing team to generate databases and tables for clients.- Provide training and support to clients on using Toluna Analytics (Reporting tool).- Coordinate qualitative surveys on the Toluna Start Qual platform, including scheduling, recruiting, and execution, in collaboration with the research team.- Assist clients with Toluna Start for their Do-It-Yourself (DIY) projects.**Required Skill Set**:- Any previous working experience in online market research- Knowledge of online survey scripting/fieldwork/data- Demonstrate good understanding of questionnaire design and logic.- Good understanding of excel to check data and logic ( basic SPSS is a plus)- Experience working with data tables is a plus- Good working knowledge of Excel- Experience in communication with client with Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills- Mandatory Advanced English skill**Must Have**:- You have a high Level of professionalism and integrity- You are self-motivated- You have the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment- You are able to work independently- You have the ability to mentor, coach and support junior staff You are proactive, multi-tasking & hands on approach with a can-do attitude**Our Values****Integrity & respect** - We treat our colleagues, clients and partners how we want to be treated.**Success in unity** - We deliver results by working as a team with common goals.**Smart decisions in action** - We implement plans without delay and stay nimble to change on demand.**Make it simple** - We simplify complexity, making the complex easy to understand.**Be bold** - We welcome big and small ideas that challenge and inspire us to change.**Delight customers** - We work tirelessly to exceed expectations, turning satisfaction into delight.**Reward great work** - We believe performance is the reason for advancement.
