At Minders, we are waiting for YOU We are looking for a Project Manager Junior with experience in SaaS to join our super Operations team in Brasil . As a Project Manager Junior, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in project management and operations across various projects.Your role involves providing strategic, functional, and technical guidance, fostering client relationships, and supporting Ops teams' efforts to acquire or retain clients.What are your responsibilities? Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee Braze and Amplitude implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the expected quality. Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with service teams to manage projects and ensure their success through meeting deliverables and deadlines. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project duration, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements in internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project management. Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues and obstacles that may arise during project execution, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all aspects of the project, including plans, progress reports, and lessons learned. What are the job requirements of this role? Education: Degree in a technology-related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the Martech field, technology, or related services. Management Tools: Experience with project management tools like Wrike, Monday.com, Asana, or Trello, and knowledge of tools like Notion or Confluence. Knowledge: Familiarity with Braze and Amplitude is highly desirable; knowledge of other marketing and analytics tools will be a plus. Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Languages: Advanced English (although the job is in Portuguese, you will use English daily in your interactions with some clients both orally and in writing). What do we offer?
