D24 is a 360 payment technology platform for Latin America, Asia and other emerging markets.We operate as a payment processor, making it simple and risk-free for our customers and partners. the best high risk merchants trust D24 to effortlessly manage their payment expansion and drive payment conversions.**What you will be doing**- Reconcile and control the company's transactions, verifying the outputs and all inputs and if they were processed correctly in our system;- Development and monitoring of KPI’s;- Analysis of costs and revenues, identifying patterns and outliers, oversee the process until all outstanding differences and issues are resolved;- Work with a focus on international audits;- Work together with other departments in the organization to improve processes.**Requirements**:- Advanced Excel skills with analytical ability and interpretation of formulas as well as new controls;- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills;- Accounting bases, work and manipulations with accounting balances and reports- Ability to manipulate large databases as well as compile and analyze this data by any means necessary.- Being a programming enthusiast is a bonus (VBA, Python, LookML) *;- Work well in a team and under pressure;- Self-management;- Higher or complete education;- You are action-oriented, with strong organization skills and attentionto detail and you thrive in ambiguity;- You excel in analytical thinking and problem solving;- You have business proficiency in written and spoken English;- It’s a plus: Audit experience and macro knowledge are considered differentials;- Spanish desirable;- Based in Brazil;**What we offer**:- A global environment with teammates living around the world- Opportunities in a fast-paced growing company- Flexible time**At D24, everything starts with our values,**Be Direct: we are direct and genuine in all situationsBe Owner: we treat the issues as true owners being accountable for the resultsBe Curious: we always ask ourselves what we can do better without settling with the status quoBe Hero Leader: lead by example, inspire and influence beyond formal roles.
