At Eron International we are looking for a General Manager based in Curitiba to join our multinational team. The main objective is to be the leader of our office in Curitiba, this includes leading our Finance and Operations team. Will partner strategically with the CFO.**What you will be doing?**- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective functioning of all departments. Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan. Identify opportunities, evaluate procedures and teams,, and develop strategies.- Align operational plans with the company’s overall vision and objectives.- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement actions to ensure profitability and financial sustainability. Review contracts, pricing models, and vendor agreements to optimize financial outcomes.- Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of company regulations, and compliance requirements- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals. Set clear goals, provide guidance and mentorship, and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation. Foster professional development and ensure the team has the skills and resources necessary to meet operational objectives.- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics.
