Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and instructional design, with a proven track record of creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing digital learning content, including video-based and e-learning materials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all content meets high standards of quality and aligns with our educational goals. Responsibilities Develop and review digital learning content, including video-based and e-learning materials Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all content meets high standards of quality and aligns with our educational goals Identify and address content gaps, redundancies, or inconsistencies, always considering how pedagogical connections can be strengthened for students Review written materials (lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, and scripts) to ensure they align with learning goals and reinforce the course's instructional design Suggest creative ideas for editors, such as on-screen callouts, animations, and transitions that enhance the learning experience Requirements Strong background in education and instructional design Experience creating or reviewing digital learning content (video-based or e-learning) Excellent eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling Ability to give clear, positive, and constructive creative feedback What We're Looking For We are looking for a team player who is passionate about making learning fun and meaningful.
