**Content Developer 1 (Roteirista)****GP Strategies Corporation** is a global performance improvement solutions provider of training, eLearning solutions, management consulting and engineering services. GP Strategies’ solutions improve the effectiveness of organizations by delivering innovative and superior training, consulting and business improvement services, customized to meet the specific needs of its clients. Clients include Fortune 500 companies, manufacturing, process and energy industries, and other commercial and government customers.GP Strategies has an immediate need for a **Content Developer**, to develop content and storyboard in audio visual educational objects for the training area, for one of our clients in the telecommunications field.**Main Activities**:- Analysis, research, and survey of inputs.- Participation in briefing with the client to understand the demands.- Responsible for chaining the entire educational structure of the scripts and storyboards for videos, podcasts and communication pieces in general.- Direct interaction with the video editors and designers responsible for the same demand, ensuring the understanding of these professionals so that the result desired by the client is achieved and meeting the agreed deadlines.- Support the editing teams throughout the development of the object, both in the tools Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, as well as in capturing images on the client and filming in the company studio (if necessary).**Requirements**:- 3 years experience as a content analyst in corporate education and video script development.- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud authoring tools, especially Premiere and After Effects, is desirable.- Education in Film and TV, Visual Communication/Advertising and Marketing.Diversity comes naturally to us at GP Strategies.
