Senior Compliance Manager LATAM Job Opportunity:

  • About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Compliance Manager to spearhead our compliance initiatives in LATAM, ensuring regulatory adherence and risk mitigation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs, policies, and procedures for the region.
    2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in compliance, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
