Job Title: Operations Expert About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Expert to join our team. As an Operations Expert, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our founder and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. Your primary focus will be on organizing the founder's agenda, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for preparing meeting materials, documenting information flow, and managing operational routines. In addition, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to provide documentation and organizational support. Your goal will be to maintain clarity across teams and prevent misalignment. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, has strong communication skills, and can adapt quickly to new situations. If you have experience in operations, coordination, or project management and possess a high sense of ownership, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Organize the founder's agenda and prioritize tasks Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements Prepare meeting materials and document information flow Manage operational routines (contracts, payments, suppliers, legal, finance) Solve problems quickly and efficiently Requirements Experience in operations, coordination, or project management High sense of ownership and strong hands-on execution Digital organization mastery (Notion, Google Workspace, etc.) What We Offer We offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.
