We are looking for a dedicated Reputation Management Specialist to coordinate our online reputation initiatives.To be successful as a Reputation Management Specialist, you should have excellent communication and strategic thinking skills. We're here to perform and have a great time while doing it.We push each other to become better versions of ourselves. 100% remote and micromanagement free.Because if we need to micromanage you, this is not a place for you**Responsibilities**:- Manage online reputation across various platforms, including Reddit, TrustPilot, and YouTube.- Gather and analyze reviews to improve customer perception.- Moderate online discussions to ensure a positive brand image.- Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility.Develop and implement strategies to manage and improve online reputation.**Your Experience**:- 2-6 years of experience in Online Reputation Management.- Proven track record of managing reviews and moderating discussions.- Experience with influencer collaboration and engagement.- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret review data.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**✨ Nice To Have**:- Experience with reputation management tools and software.- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.- Previous experience in a similar role within a dynamic environment.- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.➡ **Hiring Process**:Round (2): Invite to 30-45 minutes 'Discovery Call' with our Recruitment Manager Madhuri SuklabaidyaRound (3): Line Manager InterviewRound (4): Strategy Practical TaskRound (5): Offer stage ✍ℹ **About Us**:We build online businesses.
