The LATAM Elevator and Escalator Senior Manager provides leadership, direction, and resource management to the LATAM sales organization. The LATAM Sales Leader is responsible for overall sales performance, achieving sales goals profitably, and aligning sales objectives with the global business strategy.

Responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of the LATAM EEBU, including organizational design, hiring, sales roles, channel structure, and resource deployment.

- Lead the sales management team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional growth, high performance, and ethics.

- Collaborate with Prysmian's country/region teams and coordinate with EEBU Regions to align policies and processes.

- Oversee the allocation of objectives across sales channels, markets, and personnel, ensuring accountability for results.

- Establish sales organizational principles, processes, and key performance measures.

- Manage pricing strategies and oversee the LATAM quoting process using updated costs.

- Handle E&E LATAM sales contracts, set targets for sales reps including KPIs, activities, opportunities, and sales.

- Prepare sales volume forecasts and establish rolling forecasts for the overall business, segmented by products, customers, territories, and products.

- Ensure effective CRM utilization, data accuracy, and analysis to improve sales efficiency.

- Analyze market data to recommend improvements in products, pricing, manufacturing, and distribution.

- Identify new business opportunities and evaluate prospects within the Latin America market.

- Stay informed about market trends and developments in Latin America.

- Develop relationships with strategic partners and contribute to business planning and product development.

Key Attributes

  • Completion of a 4-year degree in Sales & Marketing, International Selling or related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • 6-8 years of proven sales and international business experience.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management and diverse cultures.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements.
  • Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
