Junior Logistics Analyst

Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to the logistics and distribution coordinator, Carry out support activities for administrative and operational logistics. Complete and prepare reports and controls for the area, as well as feed information into management tools, if necessary. Carry out inventory control. Issue loading orders. Issue and check invoices. Receive, forward and properly file documents arising from deliveries. Issue tax documents, such as: coupons and notes. Assist in administrative activities, regarding the flow of information, relating to the processes of: storage, receiving, addressing, separation, packaging, distribution and/or other processes appropriate to the company's reality. Control the scheduling of supplier deliveries. Carry out delivery notes. Assist with activities related to the fleet, billing and packing slip. Enforce pre-established delivery cut-off times.1. Issue invoices, invoices, delivery notes, draft dispatches, among other legal documents, of the operations of entry and exit, good or resources, in accordance with the legislation and type of operation.2. Prepare billing summary based on invoices, in order to allow consultations and collection of information.3. Check data contained in the orders of products to be shipped, such as: type, quantity and values, and calculate taxes according to current legislation.4. Issue the packing list of the export material.5. Posting invoices and other legal documents in official documents and specific systems.6. Create sales order for scraps, raw materials, semi-ready for due invoicing.7. Contact carriers to pick up the products.8. Make freight payments for raw materials and semi-finished products.9. Perform inventory control of products and materials in specific system.10. Control inventory of invoices and other legal documents.11. Organize, control and archive various documents.12. Participate in the planning and control of the activities performed in the various units of the company related to transportation, movement and storage of finished product, analyzing and prospecting in the market the options of services, technologies, considering the company's strategies.13. Participate in the development of studies and implementation of logistics alternatives, aiming at adequacy of shipping processes, deadlines and cost reduction.14. Propose technical standards, procedures and policies that lead to the development and improvement of logistics services.15. Prospect synergies of routes that will minimize freight costs.16. Analyze the services provided by carriers, managing the supply of cargo with the demand for trucks.17.
