**ABOUT THE ROLE**
You will develop and grow corporate accounts by conducting outbound sales to companies that would benefit from Tabas' services. Your objective is to manage and close corporate sales deals, help us defining and executing our sales acquisition strategy; identify key sales channels and establish pivotal business partnerships; implement automated, optimized and scalable sales processes; identify key corporate and customer needs.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições** THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO**
- Communicate value propositions to clients that speak closely to their needs and requirements
- Cultivate and build strong business relationships with key corporate decision-makers (i.e. HR, Procurement, Travel Managers, Global Mobility, Office Managers).
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing enterprise clients
- Track key account metrics
- Manage and close sales deals with leads coming from our main distribution channels;
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing enterprise clients
- Maintain an active line of communication with other internal teams at Tabas. Identify key customer needs and work closely with CX and Quality Control team to implement them;
- Proactively manage the daily pipeline in our CRM;
- Be entrepreneurial, not be afraid to get your hands dirty
**Requisitos e qualificações** WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED**
- 5+ years progressive experience in b2b sales and account management
- A track record in corporate sales and account management in fast-growing companies, managing sales and handling customer support;
- Previously experience in Hospitality sales market and prop tech startups will be a plus;
- Effective and persuasive communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to clearly summarize Tabas's value proposition
- Knowledge of and network in the mobility and corporate housing space is an advantage
- Excellent account management skills and customer-centric attitude
- Ability to use and understand CRM
- Customer first mindset and closing mindset with a sense of urgency
- Fluent / Advanced in English.
