Key Responsibilities Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video. Prioritize conversions that drive revenue—SQLs, pipeline impact, and closed‑won deals. Collaborate with sales to align on lead quality and refine targeting. Create dashboards and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets. Apply A/B testing to targeting, creatives, landing pages, and bidding tactics. Coordinate with design and marketing teams to improve landing page effectiveness. Manage budget pacing, forecasting, and ROI reporting. Research emerging ad formats and placements on the Google Ads platform. Required Experience Over 5 years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Search, Display, and Video. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and data analysis tools. Experience partnering with sales teams to enhance pipeline impact. Advanced conversion tracking using UTM parameters, pixels, and Google Tag Manager. Fluency in English for cross‑functional communication. Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Desired Outcomes Drive higher revenue from marketing‑generated leads via Google Ads. Improve SQL rates and lead‑to‑deal conversions. Lower CPA while improving ROAS and CAC efficiency.
