Overview

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the school’s Advancement and Admissions Office by executing marketing, communications, and branding initiatives. This position helps promote the school’s mission, values, and programs to current and prospective families, as well as the wider community. The Marketing Coordinator works collaboratively across departments to ensure consistent messaging and impactful storytelling that reflects the school’s international identity and commitment to excellence.

Marketing & Communications
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring digital content (website, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media).
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns aligned with the school’s admissions cycle and community events.
  • Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all communications and promotional materials.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to inform improvements in campaigns and digital presence.
Content & Campaign Management
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and design projects showcasing student life, faculty, and school events.
  • Draft and edit written content for newsletters, press releases, brochures, and website updates.
  • Manage the school’s digital asset library (photos, videos, templates, logos, etc.).
  • Support the oversight of external agencies or vendors, ensuring deliverables meet objectives and standards.
  • Contribute to monitoring and refining social media strategies and content planning.
  • Assist in managing paid media campaigns to ensure alignment with performance goals and brand positioning.
Event Support
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and executing admissions and community events (open houses, fairs, workshops, celebrations, etc.).
  • Provide on-site communications and media coverage support during events.
Collaboration & Community Engagement
  • Partner with Admissions to provide marketing support for student recruitment and retention.
  • Liaise with faculty, students, and parent associations to collect stories and content that reflect the diversity and strengths of the school community.
  • Stay informed on best practices in education marketing, with a focus on international schools.
  • Monitor and share best practices in education marketing, especially within international school networks.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or Communications;
  • MBA in Marketing preferred.
Language
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
Years of Experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a comparable role (in-house or agency)
