What You Will Be Doing

  • Craft and deploy cutting-edge SaaS Ops strategies with a focus on operational excellence and innovation.
  • Drive key decisions on AI tooling and process design to enhance reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Establish a seamless framework for integrating newly acquired SaaS entities into a unified SaaS Ops architecture.
  • Harness AI-powered tools to elevate automation and operational effectiveness.
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Engaging in monotonous manual operations; your priority will be pioneering AI-driven solutions.
  • Concentrating on a single product; you'll navigate and optimize a vast portfolio of SaaS products.
  • Maintaining the status quo; you'll be tasked with innovating and redefining operational paradigms using AI.
Head Of Cloud Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an AI-enhanced SaaS Ops division to deliver unparalleled reliability, cost efficiency, and seamless integration for an expanding array of SaaS companies.
Basic Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years in managing and leading SaaS Ops for enterprise-level clientele.
  • Proven track record in steering SaaS Ops and executing major cloud migrations for SMEs serving enterprise clients.
  • Expertise in utilizing AI and automation within SaaS operations.
  • Proficient in advanced AWS and DevOps practices, including Docker and Kubernetes.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
