Job Title: Data Cloud Analyst

About the Role:

This role involves working with company data to extract valuable insights, develop and implement data cloud analysis solutions, optimize cloud data platform performance, collaborate with teams to meet organizational data analysis needs through Data Cloud.

  • Extracting key findings from company data, collecting and analyzing information from various sources.
  • Developing and implementing data cloud analysis solutions, optimizing cloud data platform performance.
  • Collaborating with other teams to meet organizational data analysis needs through Data Cloud.
Responsibilities:

This role includes:

  • Supporting business requirements gathering, translating business needs into stories, and proposing solutions within Salesforce.
  • Analyzing user needs and translating them into functional requirements for Salesforce system configuration and customization.
  • Gathering requirements from users, documenting and evaluating these requirements, creating user stories, coordinating with technical teams for implementation, overseeing testing, validating solutions, training end-users, and providing post-implementation support.
  • Understanding business requirements and translating them into system solutions, following best practices and defined processes, using declarative Salesforce tools.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Higher education in IT or related fields.
  • Experience in data analysis (collecting, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing large volumes of data using tools like SQL, Python, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of version control tools (GIT, Azure, Copado, Flosum).
  • Understanding of declarative development, workflows, assignment rules, declarative Flow and Process Builder development, profiles, roles, permissions, custom objects, and fields.
