We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Data Analyst. This role is responsible for improving our data management processes and analysis.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing new data entry requests, analyzing large sets of data, and helping us make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Review and manage data entry requests to ensure accuracy via Salesforce, spreadsheets, and other data sources.
  • Take ownership of data concerns as requests come in and resolve them within KPIs, coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address data discrepancies by communicating with relevant teams and collaborating to correct information.
  • Make recommendations and implement improvements to existing processes.
  • Conduct data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Participate in meetings to identify ways to improve service to internal and external customers.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with large data sets using Microsoft Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and identify patterns.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to perform full shifts.
  • High-speed internet for occasional remote work.
  • Availability to work on local holidays to support North American operations.
