Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Representative based in São Paulo (Brazil).
About you and this role - What you would do in this role
It is your responsibility to provide solutions to operational or analytical problems using established procedures and practices. You will serve as an informal resource on analytical, scientific methods, or operational processes for less experienced team members. Your performance impacts the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of your own work and your team’s work. You will receive supervision on new complex assignments.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Colombia and Argentina Payroll operation- Acts as second-level point-of-contact for payroll inquiries (via phone, chat, and e-request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders- Engage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline, based on experience- Engages in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume)Qualifications:
- Academic background in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.- Proven experience in comprehensive payroll administration in Colombia, with preferably additional experience in Argentina.- Experience in collaborating with payroll service providers.- Advanced skills in payroll systems and related software.- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.- Proficiency in English is desirable
