Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience.
- Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
- Experience creating process improvements with automation and analysis.

We are looking for a payroll auditor who wants to do a complex role, to take the payroll experience to another level and help build our rapidly growing company.
We are encouraged and driven to improve processes and look for better solutions every day. Amazon seeks a Payroll Auditor to join the team in a fast paced environment to insure accurate timely results for employees in BRA.

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Payroll Brazil, Social Security obligations, Employment and Tax law fields who will be in charge of delivering payroll audits on a regular basis. The ideal individual is passionate about payroll matters and willing to partner with different Amazon teams to optimize Payroll controls including designing risk assessments, detailing governance programs, and evaluating policies and processes.

- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
- Experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan.
- Experience mentoring junior team members.
