Job Title: Cash Flow Coordinator About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cash Flow Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments from clients. You will collaborate with agencies to collect invoices, confirm payment terms, and reconcile any discrepancies in a professional manner. Maintaining accurate financial records and categorizing transactions in accounting systems is a critical aspect of this position. Supporting monthly profit and loss statements, reporting workflows, and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed is also an essential responsibility. This role requires continuous evaluation and improvement of internal financial processes, tools, and documentation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with the Agency Operations and Leadership teams to ensure alignment between deal data, contract terms, and revenue expectations. Maintaining up-to-date documentation in our internal systems is crucial for transparency, compliance, and decision-making. This position involves assisting with broader operational improvements as the company scales, including identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and helping implement them. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable processes, including tracking referral-fee–eligible deals and verifying contract and payment data with agency partners. Collaborate with agencies to collect invoices, confirm payment terms, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records and categorize transactions in accounting systems. Support monthly P&Ls, reporting workflows, and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed. Evaluate and improve Vendry's internal financial processes, tools, and documentation. Work closely with the Agency Operations and Leadership teams to ensure alignment. Maintain up-to-date documentation in our internal systems. Assist with operational improvements as Vendry scales.
