Job Description As a Sales and Client Coordinator , you'll play a key role in managing client interactions, tracking sales opportunities, preparing crucial documents, and collaborating with Finance, Client Success, and Operations teams to ensure seamless and successful client engagements. Key Responsibilities: Client & Deal Flow Coordination: Effectively manage client communications, track sales pipelines, and coordinate deal flow activities. Sales Outreach & Pipeline Management: Develop and implement sales outreach strategies, track sales performance, and optimize pipeline management processes. Contract & Post-Sale Coordination: Coordinate the preparation and execution of contracts, as well as post-sale activities to ensure smooth client relationships. Reporting & Process Optimization: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for process improvements. Relationship & Client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and timely issue resolution. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Support functions (e.g., Sales Assistant, Client Enablement Specialist, Account Coordinator, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Executive Assistant supporting sales leaders). Excellent organizational, note-taking, and communication skills. Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions. Proficiency in HubSpot, ClickUp, and Google Workspace. Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead.
