Job OpportunityAs a Client Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.Titan is a no-code web-based platform that allows seamless form creation, data collection, and workflow automation with no coding required.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned customers to ensure seamless onboarding, training, and adoption.Lead discovery meetings with key users and stakeholders from customers and partners to align product capabilities with customer needs.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term success.Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by analyzing customer usage data and proactively addressing risks.Conduct regular business reviews to drive customer satisfaction and retention.Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn.RequirementsProven experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on relationship building and growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex customer data and develop strategic recommendations.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.What We OfferA competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.#J-*****-Ljbffr
