**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technology partner, channel manager or indirect sales role.
- Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- MBA degree.
- Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem, including System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), telcos and web or other partners.
- Experience with public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms.
- Understanding of foundational cloud technologies (e.g., network, compute, database, middleware, virtualization, etc.).
- Industry knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and experience with the Google Cloud ecosystem.
**About the job**:
As a Partner Territory Manager, you will deliver business growth commitments across Google Workspace and Google Cloud Products (GCP) in your assigned territory by working collaboratively with our partner team, direct sales teams, and our extensive partner network. You will work with the partners ecosystem to develop their Google Cloud business via sales and marketing campaigns, training, and enablement. You'll be the key point of contact for our Small and Medium business (SMB) partners in the LATAM market, developing a deep understanding of partner ecosystem growth drivers and identifying creative solutions to increase business across several different categories of Google Cloud partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver territory plan and growth commitments through partners ecosystem across Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop and execute SMB business plans for key partners in assigned territory, starting from an annual plan with aligned goals, investments and capabilities. Use quarterly business reviews for overall progress and regular engagement to drive day to day improvement.
- Manage business performance of partners and map partner capabilities and priorities with Google goals and strategies. Collaborate with partner team across the partner ecosystem.
- Resolve business and operational issues with our partners to ensure health for our growing ecosystem. Identify territory opportunities areas and leverage the right resources cross-functionally to address.
- Be the go-to-person for partner business driven activities in your territory. Work closely with the SMB Sales team to develop and leverage winning opportunities with our Google Cloud partners.
