Overview Employer Industry: Fleet Management Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $165,000 annually Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Comprehensive health and welfare benefits for you and your family Flexible remote work location within the U.S. Culture of innovation, empowerment, and accountability Paid time-off programs including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Responsibilities Shape and execute Element’s channel strategy to meet market and partner needs Act as the Commercial subject matter expert for revenue ecosystems and generate new revenue opportunities Drive commercial alignment between partner solutions and Element’s sales motions Collaborate across teams to operationalize scalable partner engagement Deliver data-backed insights to executive leadership on partnership strategies Qualifications 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales Strong experience in the Mobility, Fleet, Fintech, and/or Technology industries Proven ability to build and scale strategic partnerships in complex B2B ecosystems Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust at the C-suite level Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience leading through influence in matrixed, global organizations Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. public and private sector landscapes Access to a major airport hub and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time #FleetManagement #BusinessDevelopment #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork #InnovationCulture We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
