What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Manage accounts and conduct key stakeholder reviews
- Develop new accounts and manage a sales pipeline
- Drive new business development by prospecting, qualifying, and closing vendor programs
- Negotiate transactions and assist in gathering necessary documentation and credit information
- On-board new vendors and programs while cultivating strong business relationships
- Bachelor\'s Degree and 6 years of experience in Equipment Finance, Leasing, or Commercial Banking
- Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, and/or material handling
- Ability to travel within the geographic territory
- Strong presentation, organization, and time management skills
- Knowledge of the leasing industry, preferably in the industrial space (transportation, construction, manufacturing, material handling)
- Familiarity with SalesForce.com
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional ability to develop and cultivate strategic relationships
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments
