OverviewEmployer Industry: Streaming MediaWhat to Expect (Job Responsibilities)Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of advertising agreements related to ad sales and growth business unitsAdvise on data use and ownership issues, ensuring compliance with advertising guidelines and internal policiesConduct contract analysis and provide ongoing risk assessments for various mattersBuild trust and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholdersAssist legal team members with overflow work and provide training as neededWhat is Required (Qualifications)Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in an established law firm and/or in the entertainment, media, advertising, or technology sectorsProven experience in negotiating and drafting technology and commercial agreementsFamiliarity with digital ad sales agreements and data use agreementsJD from a top-tier ABA-accredited U.S. law school and admission to the state bar in at least one U.S. stateStrong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Experience with IAB 3.0 terms for interactive advertisingExcellent negotiation skills and a solid foundation in legal knowledgeAbility to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environmentDetail-oriented approach to managing a high-volume workloadTeam player with exceptional drafting abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
