Training Support Specialist About Us We are a leading provider of skills and talent development solutions. Our mission is to empower individuals and organizations through training and development programs. We are seeking a highly skilled Training Support Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our learning delivery team, you will be responsible for coordinating training sessions and working closely with our customers. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, exposure to an international work environment, and knowledge of CRM software. Responsibilities include: Analyzing training needs and determining the number of sessions required; Initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation; Organizing training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability; Coordinating with the Indian team for changes/updates in the training event/program; Supporting completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices if required; Following and ensuring adherence to the workflow and processes using CRM tools; Maintaining Learner Support Level 2;
