What you'll doWe're looking for an Account Executive to accelerate Clara's growth in Fortaleza by generating and closing new business opportunities through 100% outbound efforts. You'll drive adoption of Clara's solutions in the region, engage with high-potential prospects, and build long-term client relationships.
This is a self-driven sales role where you'll manage your own pipeline end to end—from prospecting to closing—while representing Clara with clarity, discipline, and energy. Success is measured by your ability to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets.

You will:
- Own the outbound sales motion for your territory, from lead sourcing to signed contracts
- Build and manage a high-volume pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
- Set and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Track and optimize performance against KPIs such as outreach volume, conversion rate, and closed deals
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activity and client interactions using Hubspot CRM
- Act as a brand ambassador, clearly communicating Clara's value proposition to potential clients
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves- Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets in a SaaS environment
- Strong pipeline management skills and ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Based in Fortaleza, Brazil
- Working proficiency in Portuguese
- Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
- Experience in financial services or digital markets
- Network within the local business ecosystem in Fortaleza
- Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn
- Experience or interest in using AI tools to automate workflows
- A good sense of humor

Clara's Hybrid Policy
Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.
We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
